Jeffrey D. Gould, M.D.

As a neurologist, Dr. Gould is highly trained to treat disorders of the nervous system, which include diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. Some of the more common problems that neurologists diagnose and treat are strokes, epilepsy (seizures), headaches, dementias (Alzheimer's disease), multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and various forms of pain. Neurologists may serve as consultants to other physicians and may provide long-term care to patients with chronic neurological disorders.

Jeffrey D. Gould, M.D. is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine.

Nicole D. Martin, PA-C, MSPAS

Nicole D. Martin, PA-C, MSPAS joined the practice of Neurology and Sleep Medicine, P.C., in 2002. Her physician supervisor is Jeffrey D. Gould, MD, a Neurologist and Sleep Specialist. Nicole graduated from DeSales University cum laude with her Bachelor Degree of Science in 2000 and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2001. Her graduating class is nationally recognized as ranking in the top 1% percent on the PACKRAT examination as well as achieving the highest ranking in the nation on the NCCPA certification board exam.

Nicole's education included nine multidisciplinary medical rotations consisting of family practice, emergency medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, pediatrics and an elective (pain management). She is nationally certified and licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.

Elizabeth A. Kamp, MMS, PA-C

A practicing physician assistant since 1996, Elizabeth Kamp is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine. She graduated with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in English from The Pennsylvania State University. She holds a Master of Medical Science from Emory University's Physician Assistant Program. Elizabeth Kamp has practiced in the fields of family medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine, emergency medicine, and otolaryngology/head and neck surgery before concentrating in neurology and sleep medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, and serves on the faculty of DeSales University as a Clinical Instructor in the Physician Assistant Program.
